Egypt 'Red Card' for skilled professionals

In the US it is called the [Green card|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Permanent_Resident_Card].

The EU is now thinking of implementing a similar immigration scheme called the '[Blue card|http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7057575.stm]' to address their shortage of skilled professionals.
